Quick guide

Set up your team assistant

This page is a template. Replace the text with your organization’s setup steps, usage guidelines, and approved resources for staff.

What teams use this for

  • Internal Q&A (policies, SOPs, troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge hub (docs, links, reference material)
  • Task help (how-to steps, checklists, templates)
  • Standard answers (consistent responses across teams)

What you can customize

  • Branding (logo, name, welcome message)
  • Content (documents, links, internal notes)
  • Access (roles, team permissions)
  • Behavior (tone, do/don’t rules, guardrails)

Setup (recommended)

  1. Add your branding
Set your logo and app name so staff recognize it immediately.
  2. Add trusted resources
Upload your key docs or link to internal sources your team relies on.
  3. Define team rules
Add guidelines like what to do, what not to do, and escalation steps.
  4. Launch to staff
Share how to access it, what it’s best for, and where feedback goes.
